These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement governing the access and utilization of the INBX communication gateway platform ("the Service"). By instantiating an account, authenticating through a directory gateway, or routing data through the Service, you, your organization, and your authorized agents agree to be bound completely by these provisions.
INBX provides an enterprise-grade cryptographic communication layer designed to establish immutable records of business transactions.
The Permanent Record: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that once a message payload, file transmittal, or operational milestone transitions to a Sealed state, it is cryptographically signed and structurally frozen.
Irrevocability: Because the platform relies on physical data immutability, a Sealed entry cannot be altered, backdated, or deleted by any party—including INBX support engineers, network administrators, or root tenant sessions.
For tenant environments utilizing our Bring-Your-Own-Bucket (BYOB) private cloud topology, data sovereignty is maintained entirely within the client's cloud perimeter.
Tenant Infrastructure Duty: The tenant assumes 100% operational responsibility for provisioning, configuring, maintaining, and funding their designated object storage container (e.g., AWS S3, Cloudflare R2).
Policy & Retention Enforcement: The client is solely liable for the correctness of their Identity and Access Management (IAM) permissions, network routing tables, and Write-Once-Read-Many (WORM) Object Lock retention windows. INBX shall assume zero liability for data loss, payload delivery failure, or unauthorized infrastructure access resulting from client-side bucket misconfigurations or expired cloud access keys.
You agree to utilize the Service strictly for lawful commercial operations and compliance tracking. You are prohibited from:
The Service, its underlying API routing frameworks, cryptographic verification engines, custom portal interfaces, branding layouts, and proprietary code bases are the exclusive intellectual property of INBX and its operating entity, Sideris MSP, protected under state, federal, and international corporate statutes. No structural reverse-engineering, module extraction, or unauthorized scraping of the gateway architecture is permitted.
The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" structural layer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INBX and its parent entity, Sideris MSP, shall assume zero liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, lost corporate profits, legal liabilities arising from third-party contractual disputes, expenses incurred during commercial litigation or e-discovery sweeps, or data access interruptions caused by upstream infrastructure providers (such as cloud database layers or federated single sign-on networks).
Upon violation of any core security parameter or network boundary obligation detailed herein, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access gateways immediately.
The Retention Lock Exception: In the event of workspace closure or enterprise account termination, you explicitly acknowledge that any historical record segments successfully committed to a WORM-locked storage environment cannot be expunged or deleted. They will remain intact within the physical custody of the client storage bucket until their hardware-enforced retention expiration clock completes natively.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law metrics. Any formal legal actions, arbitration proceedings, or jurisdictional disputes arising from the implementation or operation of the Service must be filed exclusively within the state or federal courts located in the Bryan-College Station area of Texas.
We reserve the explicit right to modify these technical boundaries and operational terms at any time to preserve structural alignment with evolving data security and enterprise compliance frameworks. Continued programmatic or user utilization of the gateway following an updated revision post constitutes binding acceptance of the modified framework rules.
